Bohemian Baru 2012 – Terms and Conditions

1. Deposit and final payment will be made by wire transfer. All wire transfer charges and bank fees/commissions, including correspondent bank fees, are to be on client account. The total amount due Bohemian Baru as invoiced must be received by our bank. Any discrepancy will be charged to the client.
2. Final payment of the full balance is due 3 months before the start of the charter.
3. Cancellations:
   
   a. Deposits are non-refundable. If the client cancels with a minimum 3 months advance notice then we will give the client a 100% credit for the deposit paid on a future charter booking with BBaru if BBaru is able to resell the canceled spot(s) on the charter to others.
   
   b. If the client cancels with less than 3 months advance notice, the deposit and final payment are forfeit. However, if BBaru is able to resell the canceled spot(s) on the charter to others, then the client shall be entitled to a refund for 90% of the net amounts received for the resale of the canceled spot(s).
4. Guests are required to purchase travel insurance. This will protect your significant investment in airfares, charter fees, and your holiday time, in case one of you has an accident or family emergency at the last minute and cannot come on the charter. It will also provide emergency medical evacuation coverage in the event that one of you is injured while on charter. Guests who do not purchase travel insurance do so at their own risk.
5. Guests are advised against purchasing non-changeable, non-refundable airline tickets for their travel to and from Sumatra. Guests who choose to purchase such tickets do so at their own risk
6. Bohemian Baru is not responsible for any delay or cancellation of scheduled airline flights or missing/delayed baggage.
7. Bohemian and its principals shall not be responsible or liable for any death, injury, damage, loss, delay, cost, expense, inconvenience, or loss of enjoyment suffered by any person caused directly or indirectly by or arising from:
   
   a) Force majeure or other events beyond our control , including but not limited to war, civil disturbance, fire, floods, weather, acts of God, acts of Government, strikes, or industrial action.
   
   b) Any failure by the client to have valid passport/visa and travel insurance.
   
   * Passports must be valid for a minimum 6 months from the date of entry into Indonesia and must have at least 1 completely blank page. Guests whose passports do not comply will be denied entry into Indonesia.
   
   c) Any problem arising out of the client’s actions which are against the law.
   
   d) Any problems arising out of the client being intoxicated or affected by drugs
